Wedding Northwest Arkansas || Kylee & Jon
Remember these two from their engagement session back in spring? If you weren’t doubled over from how beautiful they were together then, prepare yourselves for today’s blog. Kylee and Jon made an incredibly gorgeous bride and groom at their June wedding.
The wedding was simultaneously simple and elegant with hints of the couple’s personality scattered throughout. Everything from the flowers to the groom’s cake topper to the candy table made this day a perfect blend of Kylee and Jon.
The day started off with some downtime getting ready for the ceremony, complete with pizza for lunch! After lunch, we took portraits, saving the first look for when Kylee walked down the aisle. The bridal and groom parties had a lot of personality, giving their photos some added fun.
The ceremony went off without a hitch and made probably at least half of the room tear up, me included. Oh, and now might be a good time to note, this was my sweet Caleb’s first time to be my second shooter. He has been practicing for a long time now (I even had him do a photoshoot prior to the wedding to try him out) and he proved himself worthy of the honor of shooting this wedding! He made me very proud.
After the ceremony we went outside for a little time away from the hubbub to capture a few shots of the newly-minted Vaughns. They were so easy to work with I just about didn’t have to pose them! When we were thoroughly ready for cake, we slipped back inside and allowed the Vaughns to enter their reception! Let me point out what you are about to see-the most beautiful cake table backdrop.
Look at how happy these two are! I hope the rest of their lives is as happy as that last picture. After spending just a little time with them, I believe it will be.
